EdgeTrack provides software tools designed to help users aggregate, process, and analyze trading-related data, including data from supported exchanges and wallet-based sources.

EdgeTrack may offer both free and paid features, including hosted services and, where applicable, open-source components.

3. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use EdgeTrack.

By using the service, you represent that:

• you may lawfully use the service in your jurisdiction,
• the information you provide is accurate,
• you will comply with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accounts and Access

You may need to create an account to access some or all features of EdgeTrack.

You are responsible for:

• maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials,
• all activity under your account,
• ensuring the information in your account remains accurate.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe your account is being used unlawfully, fraudulently, or in violation of these Terms.

5. Exchanges, Wallets, and Third-Party Integrations

EdgeTrack may allow you to connect exchange accounts, APIs, or wallet-related data sources.

You are solely responsible for:

• the third-party services you connect,
• the permissions and credentials you choose to provide,
• ensuring you are authorized to connect such accounts or data.

EdgeTrack is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or behavior of third-party platforms, exchanges, APIs, or wallet services.

6. No Financial, Investment, or Tax Advice

EdgeTrack is a software and analytics tool only.

EdgeTrack does not provide:

• financial advice,
• investment advice,
• trading advice,
• legal advice,
• tax advice.

Any analytics, performance metrics, calculations, or visualizations provided through EdgeTrack are for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for your trading, investment, tax, and financial decisions.

7. No Guarantee of Accuracy

We aim to provide reliable software and calculations, but EdgeTrack is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

We do not guarantee that:

• the service will be uninterrupted or error-free,
• calculations, reconstructions, analytics, or outputs will always be complete, accurate, or up to date,
• third-party data sources will remain available or accurate.

You are responsible for independently verifying any information you rely on.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use EdgeTrack for unlawful purposes,
• interfere with or disrupt the service,
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data,
• reverse engineer or misuse any hosted proprietary components except where permitted by applicable law or open-source license,
• use the service to infringe the rights of others,
• upload or transmit malicious code.

9. Open-Source Components

Certain parts of EdgeTrack may be made available as open-source software and governed by separate open-source license terms.

Where open-source license terms apply, those license terms govern your use of the relevant components to the extent required by the applicable license.

Hosted services, branding, website content, and other non-open-source components remain the property of ROBOTSOLUTION (SAS) or its licensors unless stated otherwise.

10. Fees and Paid Plans

Some EdgeTrack features may require payment.

If you subscribe to a paid plan:

• you agree to pay the fees displayed at the time of purchase,
• billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation conditions presented at checkout will apply,
• we may change pricing prospectively by giving notice through the website or application.

Unless otherwise stated, fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

11. Data Deletion and Account Termination

You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting: crypto.robot.fr@gmail.com

We may retain limited information where required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or compliance purposes.

We may suspend or terminate your access to EdgeTrack at any time if:

• you violate these Terms,
• your use creates legal, technical, or security risk,
• required by law,
• we discontinue the service.

12. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, logos, branding, website content, design, and non-open-source materials related to EdgeTrack are owned by ROBOTSOLUTION (SAS) or its licensors.

These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in EdgeTrack except for rights expressly granted under applicable open-source licenses or as otherwise stated.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ROBOTSOLUTION (SAS) and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, trading losses, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of opportunity arising from or related to your use of EdgeTrack.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to EdgeTrack shall not exceed the amount you paid us for the service during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or EUR 100 if you have not paid for the service.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ROBOTSOLUTION (SAS) from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising out of:

• your use of EdgeTrack,
• your violation of these Terms,
• your violation of applicable law,
• your violation of any rights of a third party.

15. Privacy

Your use of EdgeTrack is also governed by our Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to the Service or Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue all or part of EdgeTrack at any time.

We may also update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms with a revised “Last updated” date.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the use of EdgeTrack shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
